Prodaje se čarobna dvoetažna vila u naselju Štikovica koje se nalazi ispod Jadranske magistrale, 6,5 km sjeverozapadno od Dubrovnika, između naselja Lozica i Zaton. Relativno je novo naselje u kojem prevladavaju vile i kuće sa apartmanima za iznajmljivanje.

Magical two-storey villa is selling in the settlement called Štikovica located below the Adriatic highway, 6,5 km northwest from Dubrovnik between villages Lozica and Zaton. Štikovica is small settlement in which are located mostly villas and houses with apartments for rent.
The villa, itself is located on the plot inclined, so nothing does not block your view to the sea. It is situated on the parcel of 752 m2, and besides villa there is a buried garage of 49,20 m2 with 3 parking spots. There is enough space for parking in front of villa. The villa was well built. Exterior walls were built of reinforced concrete, and partition walls were built of bricks a thickness 10 cm. It is isolated by ETICS system. The flat roof is heat insulated and poured by pebbles. All windows and doors are made of aluminium joinery glazed by double glazed IZO units with the associated aluminium shutters. Sewerage issues are solved by establishing collecting pit with biological purifier.
